Yesterday, our intermediate track and field team travelled to the Jacob Hespeler Track and Field Complex to compete in the divisionals. Our athletes represented Woodland Park well. Every athlete gave everything they had and made us proud to be ‘Bears’. Congratulations to all of our athletes. Reaching the podium to receive ribbons were the following students:

3rd Place Finishers

Grace – 400m

Mia – 400m

Najaat – softball throw

Girls 12 year-old relay team – Lauren, Sadie, Addison and Grace

Boys 12 year old relay team- Cooper, Mo, Chase and Mark

Boys 13 year old relay team- Tyson, Chase, Kohen and Mantej

2nd Place Finishers:

Alex – high jump

Ella – hurdles and 3rd in 100m

Mantej – triple jump and 3rd in hurdles

Chase – 200m and 3rd in 100m

1st Place Finishers

Sadie – hurdles

Mark – softball throw and 3rd in triple jump

Liam – standing long jump and 2nd in high jump

Emma – hurdles and 800m

Ethan – 100m and 200m

Mo – hurdles and long jump

Ian – hurdles and long jump
