PIZZA orders are now being accepted on School-Day.    Your child can enjoy hot, delicious New Orleans pizza every Thursday from January 21 – March 31 at first nutrition break.  Choose from cheese or pepperoni pizza on a regular crust or cheese pizza on a gluten-free crust.  Orders must be placed by January 17, 2016 and are for the full 10 weeks.  One slice for 10 weeks = $15.00, 2 slices for 10 weeks = $30.00, and so on.  Please be sure to enter the correct quantity when you order.  Sorry – late orders will not be accepted and pizza cannot be saved for absent students.

To order simply log into School-Day and click the Products tab.  Click on the blue PIZZA link and complete your order — choose the crust type, topping, child’s name and number of slices to be delivered EVERY WEEK of the ordering period.  Upon checkout you can choose to pay online (by debit or credit) or to send cash in with your child (please send exact cash and include your child’s name and the order number).

Kindergarten Registration starts soon!          CONVENIENT NEW PROCEDURE

If you have a child that was born in 2012 and will be entering JK in September, or was born in 2011 and has never attended school before, ONLINE registration starts January 22 at wrdsb.on.ca.

Once you have completed the online registration, you will be required to come into the school with your child’s documentation (birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate, immigration papers or birth registration and proof of address) during the week of February 8th – 12th.  We are not scheduling appointments for this; you simply come into the office any time between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. that week.  The registration form is also available online for you to download and print if you prefer, or you can pick one up from the office.  If your child currently attends Woodland Park for JK, there is no need to register for SK, as this happens automatically at the school level.

Please share this information with your friends and neighbours in our school community.

MAD SCIENCE begins Monday for those students who have registered.  Parents are asked to please wait outside the front doors for their child to be brought out.
